Give us the property address and if any repairs are needed. As a consulting firm, we will do all the research from demographics, school ranking, neighborhood trends, comparable sales, previous listings of the subject and much more. All of this information is explained thoroughly in a well organized, easy to understand package that is retrievable when members sign on the website. At that point, you make the choice if you want to proceed to buy the investment. It’s easy!

When you join “MyPropertyPoints” annual membership for $175.00 you will have access to following benefits for the entire year:

Most towns will require a full appraisal for a tax appeal. Don’t pay for a full appraisal unless you have to!We will analyze your current tax assessments and equalization ratio. We will then check for a range of value on your home based on appropriate comparable sale filters. If you do qualify for an appeal and wish to proceed, we will put the “tax appeal evaluation fee” towards the full appraisal.

This “tax appeal evaluation” can be provided for a nominal $125.00 fee, way below the full tax appeal appraisal of $400. Your tax appeal can be handled by you personally and/or an attorney.

Area Sales Searches

As a real estate consulting company, “MyPropertyPoints” will provide you with a value of your property
without paying for a full appraisal.

We have the experience and access to all the data necessary to provide what other appraisal/consulting companies do not. We will analyze “comparable sales” in your market area and arrive at a “range of value”.  After a range a value has been chosen, with appropriate filters, a median value will then be determined.
This is your home’s value.

This service can be important for many reasons:

  • VERY important for refinance purposes, see if your house value qualifies (especially in today’s market).
  • Determine how much equity you have in your home.
  • If you are selling your home, we will advise you of the list price. Do not over list your home, it will sit on the market and waste your time and money.
  • Follow the housing trends in your market area.
  • Determine your current value for “short sale” purposes. 

And all of the above without paying for a full appraisal.

As a consulting firm, and for a nominal fee of $75.00, we will provide you with the value needed for whatever purposes.
