If you do a property points package on my property and I don’t buy it, what happens next?
Nothing happens. It is your determination if the property fits your investment criteria. We provide the information you do the determining on whether you want to buy or not.
If I need an official appraisal on my property, can your office do it for a discount?
Yes, however, we are NOT an appraisal company. Your appraisal request will be forwarded to “ZOTS Appraisal Services”, our sister company, with a 10% discount. This can be for the property you are planning to buy or for some other property maybe the property you live in now. These appraisals can be used for refinance purposes, sales, divorces, estates etc. Once you are part of the MyPropertyPoints network you always will receive a 10% discount.
What do I get if I refer a friend and they subscribe Property Points?
If you refer a friend to MyPropertyPoints you will receive one free MyPropertyPoints package which is a great incentive to refer someone. We base our business on good service and word of mouth referrals.
Is Property Points only limited to New Jersey?
Yes, right now MyPropertyPoints is limited to the state of New Jersey. However, in the future we will be expanding to other states to help other investors.
If I request a MyPropertyPoints package is my property info secure from someone buying it before me?
Yes, all of our packages are secure and confidential. No one will see you potential investment information except for the staff at MyPropertyPoints.
Do you offer Flood Certifications?
Yes, flood certifications are one of our “other services” performed. For a small fee, we will confirm or disprove if your property is in a flood zone. This is helpful to know whether you require flood insurance or not.
Do you have any experience with HUD or government rental assistance?
Yes, in our investing experience we have utilized this subsidized rental program. MyPropertyPoints will be adding to the site in the future with new ways and information to take advantage of these types of rentals to help the investor.
Can you help me sell my property after I fix it up?
MyPropertyPoints will not be able to help you sell the property personally but will have realtors in your area to help you list your property as needed
What if I need an “as is” MyPropertyPoints package to determine the “as is”sales price of the property?
A separate MyPropertyPoints package can be provided for this as well at a discounted price. Mark off on the order form that you want the “as is” value and this will be provided as well. The “as is” value is also essential as you want o make sure you are not overpaying for the property. Keep in mind that you make money on the “buy” as this is when you are locked in to your potential profit.
