Ever pass by an unlisted vacant house and not know the owner?
Our tax records page is important in this case. This information will let you know who owns the property and potentially the owner’s address. The owner may not have ever lived in the property at all. They may be in an entirely different location. You at this point, can contact them and see if they want to sell.

Would like to know the listing history of the subject?
Knowing this info will let you know the trend of that particular property, if it has been “flipped” before or what the past listing prices have been. Also, how long the property has been on the market, in the past and possibly present.

Would like to know the sales history of the subject?
This is important if you want to know what the owner bought the property for. With this info you will know how to leverage your potential bid.

Would like to obtain general “improvement” information on the subject?
Square footage (if available). Whether the property is taxed as commercial or residential. How many families, legally. We can analyze the listing to make sure the data is accurate.

Would like to know the tax assessments and equalization ratio?
This information is important for working your numbers out. It will also determine if you property qualifies for a tax appeal (taxes too high).
